What is your refund/exchange policy?

You've got a fabulous 7 days after receiving your treasure to decide if it's a perfect match! 🌈 We want you to feel amazing in your Sheisin picks, so here's the deal – returns for COD orders will be charged a teeny ₹99, while pre-paid orders get to enjoy the magic of free shipping. Quick note: Accessories are like besties – they can't be returned, but if they're not your vibe, you can swap them for something else within 7 days of delivery.

note: Shipping/Delivery charges are non-refundable. Orders made on custom sizing cannot be returned.

How to return/exchange my order?

The return window for a product is valid for 7 days from the date the order is delivered to you. If you're unhappy with the products, we're happy to help you. Here's how: Go to the "menu" section from the home page, scroll down to🙎‍♂️Select the “Account” option. 👀 Click on Click on "Return/Exchange" of the order you want to return/exchange🤔 Select the appropriate reason for returning/exchanging the product. Submit the request 💬 Please note, you'll be notified via message/email once the return is approved.

🔔Note: If you're unable to see the return option, please wait for the status to be changed from "dispatched" to "delivered." This may take up to 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

🌟 If you opted for COD (Cash On Delivery), your refund's on the way within a couple of days after our quality check at the warehouse. Exciting bonus – for COD orders, we'll shower you with store credit, the same amount as your order(excluding delivery charge).

For pre-paid orders we give it a little quality check love, your refund will take a smooth 3-5 business days, sliding right back into your original payment method. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
